Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day café operations, ensuring outstanding service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and support staff, including rostering, training, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering to maintain efficient inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health regulations.
• Drive business growth through excellent service, operational efficiency, and innovative ideas.
• Handle financial aspects such as cash flow, budgeting, and cost control.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Café Manager or in a supervisory role within a hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Sound knowledge of café operations, including coffee preparation, food handling, and POS systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues calmly and effectively.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role in hospitality.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Barista skills and experience in food service will be highly regarded.
