$90,000 SALARY + SUPERANNUATION

SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Office Manager (Senior) to oversee the efficient operation of our office and ensure compliance across all areas of business. This role requires strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to work closely with brokers and external stakeholders.

In this role, the Office Manager (Senior) is responsible for organising and controlling the day-to-day functions and resources of the office, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. The position requires strong financial and commercial acumen, with extensive engagement with brokers and external stakeholders.

DUTIES
Contributed to the planning, coordination, and review of office services, establishing standards and setting priorities to improve efficiency.
• Allocated resources, space, and equipment effectively to support operational and business needs.
• Oversaw HR and personnel activities, including recruitment, payroll, performance evaluations, promotions, and staff training.
• Assigned responsibilities, delegated tasks, and monitored staff performance to ensure productivity and accountability.
• Managed office accounts, records, and documentation in line with financial and regulatory requirements.
• Liaised with brokers, senior management, and third-party professionals to coordinate office operations and resolve business-related matters.
• Supervised office equipment procurement, maintenance, and supply management to support daily functions.
• Ensured compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, government legislation, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Provided high-level reporting and compliance oversight to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Bachelor of Commerce (mandatory).
• Further studies in Business Administration will be highly regarded,
• Proven expertise in compliance oversight, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage resources, personnel, and office systems effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy, integrity, and attention to detail in a dynamic business environment.
