Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing professional to lead and expand our sales operations across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. This role is ideal for someone with deep industry knowledge, strong client networks, and the ability to drive growth in both product sales and service solutions related to drilling fluids, oilfield chemicals, and related industrial products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets
Manage and grow relationships with key clients in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and energy sectors
Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and product lines
Lead the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to meet performance targets
Oversee bidding, tendering, and contract negotiation processes
Collaborate closely with technical, production, and procurement teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to guide pricing and positioning strategies
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Requirements:
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales within the oil and gas or industrial chemical sector
Strong background in selling drilling fluids, oilfield chemicals, or related industrial products
Established client network within Saudi Aramco, service companies, or oilfield contractors is a major plus
Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams and key accounts
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
