Job Description

There is an immediate hiring into our organization into the post of Customer Service Representatives to those who can communicate very well and be responsible for Attending to our Customers,Listening to there complaints,Notifying the organization about those issues sufficing and reaching out to customers either on calls or mails.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the communicating process and dynamics,and also superb interpersonal skills.Previous experience in a handling issues is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
• Generating leads.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Giving presentations to a range of prospective clients.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
• Experience in personal and interpersonal relationships
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
