**Fraud Flux building practical fraud scoring and chargeback recovery for payment processors**

We are a founder-led startup building real-time fraud scoring plus automated dispute-evidence generation for payment processors and marketplaces. We are launching pilots now and need three people to join immediately on **equity + revenue share** (no upfront salary required). Remote. Full time, Monday to Friday, nine a.m. to five p.m. local time. WhatsApp required during working hours for coordination.

**Open roles (apply only if you have prior team experience):**

* **Lead Engineer** build API/webhook connectors, deployment, integrations, and onboarding.
* **Machine Learning Fraud Data Scientist** model building, retraining, drift monitoring, evidence logic.
* **Sales / Business Development** find and close payment-processor pilots and referrals.

**Compensation (short):** equity grant (four-year vesting with one-year cliff) plus a share of client invoice revenue paid monthly once clients pay. Exact equity and revenue-share percentages are negotiated and transparent on interview. Example: we typically allocate the largest monthly share to the engineer (for delivery), a sizeable share to the scientist, and an ongoing sales share that includes an amortized commission.

* Engineer: demo of a webhook or API integration (3 7 minutes).
* Data Scientist: demo of a training/evaluation script or notebook (3 6 minutes).
* Sales: recorded 10-minute role play or short pitch + one verifiable proof of a closed deal.
4. Bank account details for monthly payouts (safe storage, only after offer).

**Screening process:** We read applications quickly, shortlist, run a brief live interview and a small deliverable or a 14 21 day pilot with clear success metrics. Contracts assign intellectual property to the company and include the equity vesting schedule and monthly revenue-share terms.
