Job Description

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years progressive HR and administrative management experience, preferably in a membership-based organization, corporate, or development sector.
Demonstrated success in managing recruitment, talent development, and organizational change.
Strong experience in vendor and facilities management.
Key Responsibilities
In fulfilling his or her operational responsibilities, the successful Candidate will:
Develop, implement, and regularly review HR policies and procedures in line with best practice and Nigerian labor laws.
Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all staff and interns.
Design performance management systems, including goal-setting and appraisals.
Coordinate staff training and capacity-building programmes to enhance skills and career growth.
Oversee the smooth running of daily office operations, ensuring cost-effective procurement, asset management, and facility maintenance.
Supervise the administration team, including front desk, records, and maintenance staff, ensuring optimal workflow and service delivery.
Manage service providers, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality, compliance, and value for money.
Ensure the HR policies are compliant with Nigerian labour laws, tax regulations, and occupational health & safety standards.
