Position Overview

We are looking for a goal-oriented, self-motivated, and dynamic Business Development Manager who will spearhead our growth initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue generation. This role requires a strong ability to strategize, build lasting client relationships, and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate must be based in Lagos and ready to resume immediately upon selection.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive company growth.
* Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across various sectors.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
* Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
* Negotiate and close business deals with professionalism and efficiency.
* Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and performance targets.
* Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress to management.
* Represent VHM at networking events, meetings, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.
* Continuously seek innovative strategies to increase market share and profitability.

Requirements

* Must reside in Lagos State.
* Must be available to resume work immediately after being selected.
* Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
* Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills.
* Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills with a goal-getter mentality.
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* A self-driven, motivated, and ambitious professional with high integrity.
