Operating through two Ontario-based locations, the company is expanding its digital presence and e-commerce capabilities. We are seeking a qualified Sales and Marketing Consultant to lead this transformation and help reach new market segments.

Job Duties:
• Assess digital marketing and branding needs of products and services.
• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
• Create and manage online content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the company website.
• Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance; adjust based on analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
• Manage customer engagement and reputation on review platforms.
• Recommend improvements to website, lead generation funnels, and automation processes.
• Provide training and guidance to internal staff on digital tools and best practices.
• Prepare regular reports on KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate PR efforts, online promotions, and influencer partnerships.

Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or content strategy.
• Experience working in retail, trading, or product-based industries is an asset.
