Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and installation (or PIPs), troubleshooting and repair heavy equipment machines.
Perform inspection, diagnosis, and/or health checks to customers nationwide.
Conduct operator trainings and commissioning on new sold to customers.
Prepare field service reports and provide recommended parts and maintenance to customers.
Accomplish all required reports and documentation including field service reports, work time sheets, productivity reports, etc.
Attend necessary service trainings as prescribed by the company to improve technical competencies and capabilities.
Proper use and upkeep of assigned company assets such as mobile phone, laptop, service tools, company vehicle, etc.
Observe, implement, and comply strict safety policies and procedures in both company and customer premises.
Any other adhoc job assigned by management or immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Must have basic English oral and written communication skills, computer literate, able to read and interpret technical diagrams, can drive.
Able to work overtime as required.
Extensive domestic travelling may be required.
