## **Primary Responsibility: Watertown Digital Outreach**

### **Target Families:**
- **Working Parents (28-45)**: Dual-income households seeking quality summer programming
- **Single Parents**: Needing reliable, affordable childcare with extended hours
- **Hispanic/Latino Families**: 15-20% of Watertown population requiring bilingual outreach
- **Grandparents**: Active in summer childcare decisions, value-based programming
- **Special Needs Families**: Seeking inclusive, supportive environments
- **Income Range**: $40,000-$85,000 households with 2-3 children

### **Digital Strategy:**

## **Internship Options**

### **Academic Credit**: 3-6 credits, 120-240 hours
### **Volunteer**: 40-80 hours over 8-12 weeks
### **Stipend**: $20-30/hour, 10-15 hours/week (subject to funding availability)
