Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients through telemarketing and outside sales efforts to promote insurance products.
Analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans that align with their requirements.
Administer benefits and assist clients with understanding their coverage options.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products.
Skills
Proficiency in benefits administration and sales administration processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Experience in telemarketing and outside sales is highly desirable.
Proven track record in retail sales or similar environments is a plus.
Strong marketing skills to effectively promote insurance products.
