We’re hiring a Spa Facial Technician / Licensed Esthetician to deliver customized facials and skin therapies in a high-end spa environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform facials, chemical peels, and advanced skin treatments tailored to client needs
- Conduct professional skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare regimens
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and product inventory
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare routines
- Collaborate with medical providers for pre- and post-procedure support

Compensation & Terms:
- Independent Contractor (1099) classification
- Paid per completed facial or skincare service
- Invoices processed within 30 business days
- Flexible scheduling based on availability and client demand

Requirements:
- Valid California Esthetician License
- Experience in a luxury spa or med spa setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients and treatment protocols
- Professional appearance and excellent client communication skills
