Job Description – HM/Vice Principal - Pandavapura, MandyaKey Responsibilities● Oversee teaching–learning across all grades and ensure syllabus completion as per State Boardguidelines.● Monitor and mentor teachers, drive student performance, and support remedial measures.● Manage day-to-day school operations, including timetable, discipline, admissions, fee collection, andcompliance.● Lead teacher recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.● Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities to increase admissions and strengthen schoolvisibility.● Build strong relationships with parents, the local community, and stakeholders.Qualifications & Experience● Degree with B.Ed / M.Ed (mandatory).● 5–7 years of teaching experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership/administrative role.● Experience handling Grades 9 & 10 (SSLC Board syllabus).● Exposure to teacher recruitment, admissions, and school marketing.● Fluency in Kannada and English.● The candidate should be from nearby areas or willing to stay at the school's accommodation.
