Positions Open for Talent Acquisition - Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities
- To Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing → screening → interviews → offer → onboarding).
- Collaborate with business heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source talent through job portals, Linkedin, referrals, networking, and consultants.
- Drive employer branding and create strong talent pipelines.
- Prepare salary fitments, negotiate offers, and handle onboarding formalities.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio) and provide dashboards.
- Manage recruitment vendors/consultants and ensure closure of positions within deadlines.
- Support diversity hiring and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills
- Job Locations: Mysore.
- Qualification: MBA - HR (Mandatory)
- Experience: 4 to 8 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment for white-collar roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in job portals, Linkedin Recruiter, HRMS systems.
- Ability to handle both bulk hiring and niche hiring.
- Team-handling experience is a plus (for Manager level).
