- Resolving urgent and immediate requests by various users in a vibrant and demanding environment
- Analyze application data to assess the performance of the project
- Knowledge transfer to new members in the team and created knowledge documents for new resources.
- Advanced use of EXCEL formula
- Coordinate with the client on new requirements.
- Documentation and building repository.
- The Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities :
- To Achieve the sales/Revenue target from New Client
- Implementing Enhancement according to business requirement
- Direct co ordinate with the client
- Meet Targets that have to do with revenue activities, customer acquisition, profit margin, and general growth of the company
- Developing effective working relationships with clients. Generate ideas,concepts,and systems for achieving more sales of products and services
- Planning and preparing business presentations
- Negotiate and close business deals with clients
