# Voice Up University
## Community Outreach Intern (Remote & Flexible)

**About Us**: Voice Up University is a 100% remote higher education institution dedicated to connecting people to their purpose. We work with students across 100+ U.S. institutions using our accessible "Cost of a Family Dinner" pricing model.

**Position Overview**: Support our Community Enrollment Specialist in developing partnerships with nonprofits and community organizations serving underrepresented populations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research potential community partners (YMCAs, United Way, faith communities, nonprofits)
- Develop and maintain community contacts database
- Create targeted outreach materials
- Plan virtual information sessions
- Monitor social media engagement
- Prepare reports on outreach initiatives
- Support enrollment processes

**Qualifications**:
- Current undergraduate or graduate student
- Passion for community engagement
- Strong digital communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Alignment with Voice Up's principles: Collaboration, Humility, Precision, Patience, Empathy
- Basic digital tool proficiency

**Commitment**:
- 10-15 hours weekly, completely flexible
- 100% remote
- 3-month initial commitment
- Weekly virtual check-ins

3. **Paid Fellowship**: Selected candidates may receive $500-750 monthly stipends
