The world's first comprehensive global health professional development program for licensed healthcare professionals seeking to amplify their impact beyond traditional clinical practice. This groundbreaking 6-month program connects healthcare providers with purpose-driven organizations across healthcare innovation, global health policy, social entrepreneurship, and health equity initiatives worldwide.

### Participation Options

Choose from five flexible pathways with varying time commitments:

**Global Health Advisor Track (2 hours/week):** Provide strategic guidance to international health organizations through virtual consultations while building global health expertise.

**Digital Health Mentor Track (5 hours/week):** Mentor healthcare entrepreneurs and review innovative solutions while earning continuing education credits.

**Policy Research Fellow Track (8 hours/week):** Conduct evidence-based research for international health policy initiatives while earning academic credit and contributing to published literature.

**Implementation Partner Track (12 hours/week):** Lead project components for global health organizations while building hands-on international development experience.

**Equity Co-Founder Track (15 hours/week):** Become a founding equity partner with 0.1-1.5% equity stake by leading strategic initiatives that shape Voice Up's future.

**Global Health Board of Directors (Interview-Based):** Exceptional candidates may interview for board positions with annual compensation plus equity up to 1.5%.

Licensed healthcare professionals including Medical Doctors, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, Licensed Therapists, Clinical Social Workers, Pharmacists, Dentists, and other licensed health professionals with 2-10 years of clinical experience seeking purpose-driven career transitions.
