Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers and employees via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Manage the IT help desk team
• Ensure customer inquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor and maintain the IT help desk system
• Create and maintain user accounts
• Provide training and guidance to team members
• Ensure all IT related policies and procedures are followed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong technical knowledge
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
