• Maintain complete employee lifecycle records (joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits).
• Manage attendance, shift rosters, overtime logs, and absenteeism tracking.
• Support recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes for staff, operators, and contract labor.
• Coordinate with the payroll team for salary inputs, deductions, and compliance documentation.
• Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution as per company policies.

Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate in BBA/B.Com/BA (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR, Admin, or Operations within a factory setup.
• Proficient in MS Excel, documentation, HRMS tools, and facility management.
• Strong understanding of labor law compliance, payroll inputs, and HR policies.
• Effective communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage.
