Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mysuru. The Site Engineer will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all on-site activities for our commercial and residential construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed to the highest quality standards, within the agreed timelines and budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and design specifications. This role requires strong technical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, including project managers, architects, contractors, and site personnel.

• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities on-site for both commercial and residential projects.
• Supervise subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor work progress and ensure that projects are on schedule.
• Manage site facilities and logistics.
• Interpret and implement engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents accurately.
• Provide technical advice and resolve any construction-related challenges that may arise on-site.
• Conduct site surveys, setting out works, and ensuring accurate levels and alignments.
• Ensure the correct use of materials and adherence to quality control procedures.
