To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

A Masters degree in Education or a related field.

Proven experience in an educational leadership role, preferably at the secondary level.

Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making and improve student outcomes.

Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment.

Proficiency in educational technology and its application in the classroom.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate faculty and staff.

Knowledge of current educational policies and regulations.
