Key responsibilities:
1. Welcome and guide visitors, clients, and vendors professionally
2. Handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and manage office inquiries
3. Support lead qualification by engaging with walk-ins and phone or email queries
4. Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handover of leads with proper context
5. Maintain visitor logs, office supplies, and ensure front office organization
6. Coordinate daily office operations and assist with scheduling and basic admin tasks
7. Communicate effectively across channels to resolve customer queries
8. Share feedback and assist with reporting and documentation tasks
Requirements:
1. Graduate in business, hospitality, or related fields (preferred)
2. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Have experience in customer-facing or administrative roles (preferred)
4. Be comfortable working 6 days a week and in a startup environment
5. Have a polished, friendly, and proactive personality with a problem-solving mindset
