Riviera, Pretoria: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Minimum 2 years recent conveyancing experience at a law firm a must, specifically in Transfers a must
-Computer literate with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
-Stable employment record and contactable References a must
-Residing in Pretoria (within daily commuting distance)
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting of Transfers documents for law firm
-General conveyancing secretarial and legal administrative duties
-Assistance to Conveyancing Attorneys
-Liaising with clients on all aspects of transfers, FICA requirements, clearance applications, etc.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (Junior Medium Level)
