They are committed to Australian Standards, offering innovative and flexible fire protection solutions. They provide 24/7 emergency assistance and are fully licensed to test, install, maintain, and certify a wide range of
fire systems. As a HSEQ Coordinator, you will be responsible for collecting client data, ensuring quality, and supporting data-related requests or reporting needs.

What youll be working on:
Managing and maintaining technician compliance profiles and induction records.
Keeping records of inductions, accreditations, and training updates within internal systems.
Coordinating the distribution and tracking of internal induction processes.
Supporting the maintenance of subcontractor prequalification records.
Managing the HSEQ inbox handling both internal and external compliance and document requests.
Monitoring, reviewing, and updating HSEQ documentation, ensuring version control and tracking review
schedules.
Responding to document requests, including SWMS, work authorizations, and compliance forms.
Working closely with internal teams to ensure timely access to and distribution of required compliance
documents.
What were looking for:
Open to fresh graduates with a background in Health and Safety
Must be eager to learn and driven by compliance and process adherence
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Confidence in managing shared inboxes and overseeing document workflows
Clear and professional written communication for handling both internal and external inquiries
Ability to navigate compliance systems and follow structured processes with accuracy
A proactive mindset in maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and documentation
