# DESIGN THE FUTURE: Architectural Incubator & Fellowship at Flight Academy
**TRANSFORM COMMUNITIES THROUGH DESIGN**
Help shape a revolutionary 32-acre campus where architecture meets wellness, education, and community transformation. Flight Academy (founded by former NBA player Chris "Flight" Wright) and Voice Up (founded by Hamilton Award Winner and Behavioral Health Leader Art Fuller) seek a visionary graduate student in architecture to lead sustainable design initiatives that will become a national model.
**YOUR IMPACT**
Design spaces that address all eight dimensions of wellness physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, occupational, environmental, and financial creating environments that combat social determinants of health. Your work will directly influence the lives of youth while establishing a blueprint for campuses across America and beyond.
**THE JOURNEY**
Over 12 months, you'll guide the transformation of multiple facilities:
- Learning pods that inspire educational achievement
- An amphitheater converted from a swimming pool
- Food court spaces fostering entrepreneurship
- Athletic facilities promoting physical wellness
- Housing that builds community connection
- Green spaces enhancing environmental health
Each phase incorporates student workshops where you'll inspire the next generation of architects while creating spaces that embody Flight Academy's mission of "using sports and education to stabilize communities" and Voice Up's vision of "connecting people to their purpose."
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
We seek a graduate student with:
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating sustainability concepts
