## A Collaborative Approach to Personal Development
Voice Up's program structure is straightforward but impactful. "We meet on Saturdays for one hour. And in that one hour, you get a chance to talk with these kind of 60 people... they hear what you're thinking about, they give you feedback. You hear kind of the things that they're working on. You give them feedback, and every week, what happens is you find that your idea gets more fine-tuned, more powerful and more impactful."
During the week, the organization arranges brief check-in meetings to monitor progress. This simple model has resonated strongly with participants, including students from prestigious universities who, according to Fuller, "are not able to find anything else like this right now."
