We’re looking for a skilled MEP Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the design and execution of MEP systems for large-scale residential developments.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

✅ 10+ years of experience in MEP management

✅ Minimum 5 years in high-rise residential projects

✅ Strong expertise in MEP systems, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and construction methods

✅ Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards & green building practices

✅ Excellent leadership, coordination & communication skills

✅ PMP or similar certification is a plus
