• We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage and support various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a productive and positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and business objectives.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Support HR operations, including employee records management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Support HR reporting and analytics for decision-making and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with department heads to support HR strategies that drive company success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in property development, real estate, or construction.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high proficiency in the English, Malay and Mandarin language.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software (ipayroll) and Microsoft Office Suite
