Nair Systems is currently looking for Scrum Master for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.
Minimum qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and at least 3 years of project management experience in software development.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications: Preferred if, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project Plan.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
