Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service, and product development) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to maximize conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
