Waterkloof Glen, Pretoria: FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR
Minimum Requirements:
-Young, presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female (preferably aged late 20’s 30’s)
-Afrikaans & English first & second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Tertiary Bookkeeping/Accounting qualification preferred
-Recent basic financial experience a must
-Computer literate, preferably in Lexpro
-Preferably non smoker
-Strong organisational and communication skills
-Able to manage calendars, assist with daily administrative tasks, and perform financial duties
-Own reliable transport to work
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-Must reside in Pretoria
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Financial administration & basic financial duties for law firm
-Full Personal Assistant duties to Director
-Manage calendars
-Assist with daily administrative tasks
Salary: R 16 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on financial experience)
