Hazelwood, Pretoria East: LITIGATION ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Full proficiency in both Afr & Eng client base)
-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed and admitted as an Attorney
-3 to 6 years post admission experience in General Litigation, Family Law matters and Debt Collection
-Driver’s license and own vehicle a must
-Computer literate in Caselines
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-Currently residing in Pretoria
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation (General Litigation, Debt Collection and Family Law matters)
-General Attorney duties (Court appearances, compiling legal documentation etc.)
-Client liaison and correspondence in Afrikaans and English
Salary: R 25 000.00 R 32 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on post admission experience)
