Randburg, Johannesburg: JUNIOR COMMERCIAL ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional, with positive attitude
-Excellent business English proficiency
-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed, and admitted as an Attorney a must
-1 to 3 years POST ADMISSION experience a must
-Interested in Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation A MUST (experience highly advantageous)
-Good grasp of commercial transactions A MUST
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle A MUST
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-Residing with daily commuting distance from Randburg
-Seeking long term commitment with firm (Growth opportunity)
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Handling mainly Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation matters for small law firm
-Drafting legal contracts, pleadings and documents
-Court attendances and appearances
-General attorney duties
Salary: R 15 000.00 gross (Slightly negotiable depending on post admission Commercial Law experience) (Salary to be renegotiated after 6 months, depending on performance)
