Brooklyn, Pretoria: JUNIOR LITIGATION ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Young, professional Afrikaans speaking male
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed, and admitted as an Attorney a must
-1 to 2 years post admission experience in General Litigation a must
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-Residing in Pretoria
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Attend to General Litigation for Law firm specializing in High Court Litigation, Commercial Law-, Mining Law-, Construction Law-, Corporate & Company Law matters, Debt Collection, Trust & Estates.
-General Attorney duties (Court appearances, compiling legal documentation etc.)
-Drafting legal documents
-Client liaison
-General attorney duties
Salary: R 22 000.00 - R 25 000.00 gross negotiable (Depending on relevant experience)
