DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Interior and exterior facility maintenance (preventative/planned and emergency requirements).
· Execute all facility shipping/receiving activities.
· Assist in managing customer visit preparations and readiness.
· Execute contracts for facility vendors as assigned.
· Purchase building supplies
· Perform equipment set-up, build/integration activities

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Five years’ experience in a facility/operations environment.
· Two year AA college degree, preferably in a technical field.
· Shipping/Receiving experience a plus.
· Strong technical skills (electrical and mechanical).
· Five years working as a technician.
· Experience operating a forklift.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· SAP experience is preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Work in non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with landscaping duties outside the facility.
· Up to 3-4 hrs. per day of computer use.
· Standing/walking for prolonged periods of time.
· Lift up to 50 pounds.
· Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
· Overtime as needed.
