Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead - ServiceNow HRSD Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing HRSD modules from scratch, working across multiple ServiceNow applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HRSD projects from requirements gathering to go-live.
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) applications including case and knowledge management, employee service center, lifecycle events, and integrations.
Write and maintain server/client-side scripts, business rules, UI policies, scripted REST APIs, workflow scripts, and other custom components.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
Collaborate with stakeholders and HR teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
Mentor junior developers and support continuous improvement of development processes.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features.

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on HRSD.
Hands-on experience in implementing HRSD projects from scratch.
Proficient in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and ServiceNow development tools.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve complex issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
Flexible to explore and work across multiple ServiceNow modules as per project needs.
