About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales while delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product or service recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Drive sales through product knowledge and consultative selling

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and policies

Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems

Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally

Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked

Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
