Urgent Requirement – HIS Application Support EngineerLocation: Sagar Hospital, BangaloreExperience: 2–5 years (preferred in healthcare IT/HIS support) Sagar Hospital is urgently hiring a HIS Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting our HIS to ensure seamless healthcare operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for HIS and other hospital applications. Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and upgrades.Train end-users and assist in implementation of HIS modules.Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.Document issues, resolutions, and updates in system logs. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.- Proven experience in HIS or healthcare application support.- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
