Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our company's technology infrastructure and IT operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of IT professionals, ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems, and implement technology solutions that support and enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the IT department.
Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems.
Identify and implement IT improvements and upgrades to maximize efficiency.
Develop IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by senior management.
Manage IT budgets and forecast future needs.
Lead IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly.
Liaise with vendors and manage IT procurement.
Train and support staff on systems and new technologies.
Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO).
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with cyber security practices and risk management.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related.
Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or PMP.
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
