Requirements:
2 years experience
Contacting clients for scheduled PMS/maintenance schedules
Assisting clients in service concerns
Collating customer information and monitoring their due date on PMS schedules
Monitoring inventory
Assisting mechanics with purchase order of parts
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and document vehicle concerns accurately.
Provide clear explanations of recommended services and costs.
Coordinate with automotive technicians to ensure timely service completion.
Schedule appointments and manage service orders efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle histories.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Stay updated on automotive industry trends and manufacturer guidelines.
