Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect with strong expertise in CMDB design, implementation, and governance. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of ServiceNow Scripting, Integration, and CMDB best practices to drive end-to-end configuration management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement ServiceNow CMDB solutions to support ITSM, ITOM, and other business needs

Define and enforce CMDB governance, data quality, and reconciliation strategies

Develop custom scripts, business rules, and workflows for CMDB automation

Integrate CMDB with third-party tools such as SCCM, SolarWinds, Discovery, and ITOM

Implement Discovery and Service Mapping to maintain accurate CMDB data

Ensure compliance with CMDB best practices and ServiceNow recommendations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CMDB with ITIL and ITSM processes

Provide technical leadership and guidance for CMDB implementation from scratch.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience in ServiceNow with strong hands-on expertise in CMDB architecture & implementation

Deep knowledge of CMDB data models, CI relationships, and ITIL configuration management

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.)

Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integration Hub

Experience integrating CMDB with third-party tools and data sources

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CMDB (CIS-CMDB) preferred
