We are seeking a ServiceNow Virtual Agent Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow Scripting, Integrations, and Virtual Agent module. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow projects from scratch and optimizing Virtual Agent functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent solutions
Design and implement chatbots & conversational workflows
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Scripting & Integration
Develop custom Virtual Agent topics to enhance automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline AI-powered automation
Implement best practices in ServiceNow development.

Required Skills & Experience:
4 to 5 years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent module
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.)
Experience in ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, API calls)
Ability to develop and customize ServiceNow applications
Experience in implementing ServiceNow projects from scratch.
