Monitor system performance, security, and backups to ensure business continuity.
Support email, VPN, VoIP, and remote access solutions.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
Document IT assets, configurations, and technical procedures.
Attend and effectively close the service tickets within the SLA.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.
Provide training and assistance to end users on IT best practices.
Understand, implement and manage the IT Infra set up as per ISO/IEC 27001 requirements.
