 To carry out a detailed study of the project w.r.t. the quality aspects.

- Prepare checklists for various items to be executed.

- Regular quality check of the material received at the site by prescribed methods.

- Check the workmanship of all the items at every stage of the work.

- Check the safety precautions used at the site.

- Quality audit of the buildings those are complete and ready for possession and certifying it.

- Find solutions to practical problems faced during the execution of work for maintaining optimum quality.

- Collect various suggestions from Site Engineers analyse them and decide on the best alternative solutions, set up new quality control methods after discussion with the top management.

- Benchmarking and Documenting the procedures and processes of Quality Control.
