• Execution & Forecasting: Align operations with Div. DPL inputs, track P&L, and manage KPIs.
• Financial & Productivity Monitoring: Track revenue vs. cost, ensure floor capability, and optimize repair yield.
• Operational Management: Address daily operational issues and publish reports.
• New Program Implementation: Oversee test setup, project handover, and execution within timeline & budget.
• Equipment & Documentation: Maintain test equipment, ensure calibration, and develop process documentation.
• Training & Compliance: Conduct training and ensure adherence to software tools and guidelines.
• Billing & Revenue Tracking: Manage invoices, approvals, and minimize unbilled revenue.
