Job Description
- Work with excel sheets to help people find access to essential medical services in their neighborhood.
- Empathetic communication with callers to understand their needs, and provide relevant solutions.
- Inbound and outbound calling to answer to medical needs of callers and directing them for medical consultation.
- Keep records of callers interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions that are taken. Process issues, forms, and applications.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on patients' requests.
- Refer unresolved tickets/ medical needs or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Will be responsible to handle inbound calls from the patients/complainant and direct them towards concerned medical practitioners.
- Applicants must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure to ensure maximum tickets are closed.
- Should have good interpersonal skills and ability to understand the consultation requirement and based on the same should be able to give recommendations.
- Strong Inbound / Outbound call handling potential.
- Should have Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Should be open minded and ready to learn.
- Follow-up with callers & internal team.
- Demonstrate value & ethos of Sewa.
