• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
• Handle salary & allowances negotiations with selected candidates.
• Facilitate campus hiring programs.
• Lead the onboarding process for new employees.
• Manage exit formalities for departing employees.
• Execute employee engagement activities.
• Handle staff & workers day-to-day queries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and team members.
• Familiarity with HR systems and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
