Job Description

 Plan & execute Product / Process Inspection activities at various stages of manufacturing viz. incoming, first piece, patrol, last piece and final inspection.
2.Ensure completion of day-today Process & Product Quality requirements i.e. Timely QM lot clearance, First piece, Patrol and Final inspection as per procedures, Poka yoke Verification)
3.Updation & keeping of quality records as per the documented procedure
4.To monitor and review the current process performance and work with the manufacturing team in addressing the concerns / improvements/simplification of processes to reduce costs.
5. Support in identifying & developing necessary gauges to reduce inspection lead time, Inspection Plans, Poka yoke check sheet.
6.Compliance to documented QMS, EMS requirements, Coordinating with operation for the Product audit by UL, External Audit /Internal Audit
