Marketing Specialist
Full Time, 38 hours per week
SALARY $75000 + superannuation
DUTIES
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop and implement advertising policies, marketing plans, and promotional campaigns to support brand positioning and drive sales.
- Advise executives and stakeholders on advertising strategies to effectively reach target audiences and increase consumer awareness.
2. Advertising & Content Production
- Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, ensuring all elements such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and media placement align with branding and budget constraints.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital and print advertisements, promotional videos, and social media content.
3. Market Research & Consumer Insights
- Conduct market research to assess potential demand and market characteristics for new and existing products or services.
- Analyze consumer patterns, behaviors, and preferences to inform advertising and marketing strategies.
- Research competitor activities and industry trends to predict future consumer behavior and optimize marketing initiatives.
4. Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage and maintain the company’s presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, RED, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and execute targeted online advertisements via Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Optimize SEO strategies and digital content to improve online search rankings and organic reach.
- Engage with customers through newsletters, promotional emails, WhatsApp broadcasts, and EDM campaigns to maintain brand loyalty.
5. Event Coordination & Brand Promotion
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, trade fairs, product launches, and promotional campaigns to enhance market presence.
- Work with vendors, media agencies, and stakeholders to ensure the success of brand activation efforts.
6. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and analyze marketing data, website traffic, and campaign performance metrics using analytics tools.
- Provide insights and reports to executives on consumer trends, advertising effectiveness, and market opportunities.
- Recommend adjustments to marketing strategies based on data-driven insights to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
7. Business Growth & Development Support
- Assist in developing and executing marketing objectives, policies, and programs that align with business growth strategies.
- Provide recommendations on product mix, pricing strategies, advertising channels, and sales promotions to optimize market positioning and revenue growth.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Relevant bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year experience in the similar position
