Roles and Responsibilities of Legal officer1.                   Drafting of Sale Deed and registration documents.2.                   Maintaining legal documents of all the projects.3.                   Drafting of Notices and Legal Opinions of various projects.4.                   Scrutiny of land records, study and verification of family tree.5.                   Maintaining legal related files.6.                   Solving legal queries from the Banks, and from customers regarding the property matters.7.                   Drafting of Construction Agreements, Assignment Agreements, Joint development Agreements and general Power of Attorney, etc.8.                   Drafting of Gift Deeds, Release Deed and Partition Deed etc.9.                   Co-ordination with panel advocates, updating the legal stages briefing the management, conduct meetings, maintained the documents.Authorities1.       Approve the terms and conditions of agreements.2.       Authorized to provide legal opinion as and when management requires.General Requirements1.       Follow the morals and work ethics.2.       Follow the company policies, procedures, rules and regulations.3.       Adhering to their respective roles and responsibilities.4.       Thorough knowledge on land related laws (Revenue acts) and recent judgments.5.       Maintain company confidentiality.
